Royal Rewards


Our Rewards Scheme is all about helping you get more out of your purchases. Please take the time to read and understand the below terms as using the scheme will constitute acceptance of these terms.

1. Registering and obtaining Your Card

  • Online: You will be automatically registered on the scheme when you create an account on our site or during check out. Should you wish to also have a membership card you can collect one from our stores.
  • At our stores: Upon receiving your rewards card our team will register you on the scheme using your name and an email. To be able to check your points and use them for online purchases also you will need to create an account on our website using the same email you provided when you received your card.

2. Earning Points

  • Online and Retail Purchases: You will earn two points for every £1 spent excluding any applicable fees for both online and retail purchases. Each Reward Point is worth 1p, therefore a £1 discount amounts to a total of 100 Reward points. Please make sure you present your card before paying in store or logged in with your account for online purchases.
  • Social Media and others: The below table illustrates more ways of earning points. We reserve the right to change these at any time. 


  • Referrals: You can refer a friend and save £10 each (min £50 spend). You can obtain a referral code through your account and then give it to a friend or family. The referred customer can use their discount immediately and existing customer gets their Reward once their referee make their first order. There is no limit to how many referrals you can do but there is a £50 minimum spend on each transaction and referrals cannot be in the same household, account or billing details. We reserve the right to cancel the referral if these terms are not met.

Please note that when you make a purchase as a guest you do not automatically create a Rewards account or earn any points, we may also cancel points awarded if your purchases are later refunded.

  • Checking your points: You will receive an email with the points you have earned on each transaction as long as you are signed up with your account on our website or present your card for store purchases. You can check your points when you Log in if you have created an online account and then click on the Royal Rewards Crown Icon on the bottom left of our website. You can also ask our team in person, over the phone or contacting us by messaging apps.




3. Redeeming points

  • Online: You can redeem your points against purchases that you buy on by exchanging your points for a coupon code which you can do through your Rewards scheme account. You can then redeem the coupon code against the purchase price of the items that you want to buy during check out. This discount can be used along other discounts running on our site and there is no minimum spend, they are after all your points!

    • In Store: Present your card in store and during check out our team will advise the amount of discount available to you and apply it against your purchase.

    Rewards Scheme Terms & Conditions

    The Royal Rewards scheme is managed and promoted by Warwickshire Vape Ltd trading as Royal Vapes. The scheme is valid on the web site and our retail stores. The points allocated through the scheme are personal to the account holder they cannot be transferred to any other person or account, nor can they be sold, traded for cash or in any way.

    Full details of how points are collected and how they may be redeemed can be found by reading the section on how I collect and redeem points. Please read this section carefully as it forms part of the Rewards scheme terms.

    Royal Vapes do not accept any liability for Rewards scheme accounts that have been sabotaged due to any actions of the account owner. In administering the scheme Royal Vapes will be processing your personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Please see our Privacy and Data Protection Policy in order to understand how we do this and your rights.

    We reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline to issue any membership to the scheme. We can take any action we believe to be appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme and reserve the right to exclude certain products lines from the Rewards Card scheme.

    We may modify the terms of the scheme in any way that we choose at any time. Changes to the terms will not affect points that you have already collected. These terms are valid from 1st of August 2020.

    Members may cancel their membership by written notice to Royal Vapes. Members will have 30 days from the receipt of notice of termination to redeem their Points. All unredeemed Points will be forfeited after this date.

    The Royal Rewards scheme contains a number of rewards which account holders can exchange their points for. Royal Vapes reserves the right to add, remove or suspend rewards within the portal without notice and the right to change the number of points required to obtain each reward.

    Lost or Stolen Cards

    We will gladly replace any lost, stolen or damaged cards with a new card. We will have to issue you with a new membership number but will transfer the balance of your previous one to the new one. To report your Card lost, stolen or damaged just head to our stores and speak with the team.
